Bed Bath & Beyond
Located inside a post-industrial waterfront building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, the Bay Market Kitchen food hall was created as an amenity at the center of retail stores Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, buybuy Baby, and Harmon Face Values. Offering a fuller, richer, and more memorable shopping experience for the community, customers had numerous choices for food and drink made with responsibly sourced ingredients, locally brewed beer, fair-trade coffee roasted in Brooklyn, organic ice cream, a fully equipped demo kitchen, and more.
Bay Market Kitchen served made-to-order casual American cuisine inflected with local tastes. Customers shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond or World Market can take a break for lunch, a beer, or a quick snack.
Enhancing the retail shopping experience, the Market Coffee bar served up coffee and espresso bevs from beans roasted by Brooklyn-based Partners Coffee – responsibly sourced and roasted in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
